What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

As the MD of the business, my role is to oversee the overall vision and strategy of the business. I am responsible in identifying new opportunities, develop relationships and with my senior leadership team bring these to fruition.

What is your favourite part of the job?

No two days are ever the same and I really enjoy the diversity of my role. I’m passionate about talking about our journey – where we have come from, where are currently and more importantly, where we are going in the future. I’m particularly proud of how we saw a niche in the insurance market for dedicated services for EV owners, understood it and delivered the very first EV specific insurance & incident management services for owners and the wider industry.

What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t chase money, chase success and always be respectful of the people around you.

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

Working in recoveries, my role is to manage a caseload of hire claims and recover the costs back on all our claims. Effective communication and negotiation skills are paramount within my role, along with the ability to build strong relationships with third party insurers.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Working within the Novo team. Everyone is great.

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

I am the Claims Team Manager at Novo. I am responsible for ensuring the personal development and performance of the claims team grows from strength to strength.

What is your favourite part of the job?

The nature of claims means there’s always new challenges and surprises. The role consistently provides dynamic opportunities to learn and develop.

What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

My role within Novo is Claims Manager. I look after our clients’ claims by liaising with other insurers, repairers, brokers, my fellow team members in an effort to get their claims resolved in a timely and amicable manor.

What is your favourite part of the job?

The varied nature of the industry and how no two days are ever the same.

Be strict with your goals but flexible with the path you take to achieve them.

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

Coming from a background in the arts, history, and classics I understand and value the importance of punctuality and effort. My responsibilities now include the handling of any and all incoming and outgoing calls for clients, repairers, and insurers to help the progression of claims enquiries be resolved as smoothly as possible.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Learning something new, you never know what to expect. There’s always something new to experience!

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

I am a Specialist Insurance Advisor, specialising in EV policies and helping our growing customer base. My job is to listen to our clients and what their needs are and make recommendations based on these needs. I am also responsible in helping our current client base and ensuring they are receiving the very best service.

What is your favourite part of the job?

I like that no two days are the same. Also knowing we are providing the highest of services to our clients, new and existing.

As long as you have passion, and faith and the willing to work hard you can achieve anything and have anything

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

As a Claims Manager it is my responsibility to ensure our clients are supported through one of the most stressful situations that can occur in their life (a road traffic accident). I am here to take the stress away from our clients but ensuring that they are not having to deal with separate insurers, hire vehicle providers, repairers. We have our client’s best interests at heart, and it is up to me to make sure our client is represented fairly and put back into the same position they were in before the incident occurring.

What is your favourite part of the job?

I like the fact no two days are the same! I like the variety and the challenges that can arise with the different types of claims and clients. You never know what is going to pop up!

I don’t really have a favourite car! BUT, since working at Novo I am more aware of cars than ever and really wouldn’t mind anything from a Porsche, Range Rover or Ferrari! (I don’t expect too much….)

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

To look after our clients and manage their expectations by working with all the respective stakeholders, including insurers, repairers and brokers.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Working with the team. The camaraderie within the team is fantastic.

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

It is my job to keep the Novo Fleet shiny and pristine! To do this, I work closely with the Claims Team ensuring that all vehicles being delivered to clients are fully valeted and detailed.

What is your favourite part of the job? – My favourite part of the job is/has been being made to feel part of the incredible team at Novo from day one. I also love the Nespresso machine – There’s nothing better than a lovely warm coffee after spending a few hours valeting on the banks of a windy River Mersey.

Always try to work smarter and not harder.

What are your roles and responsibilities within Novo?

I work in Accounts and I’m responsible for computerised bookkeeping, processing payroll, paying suppliers and general accounts administration.

What is your favourite part of the job?

No day is ever the same and even though I have my own individual tasks to complete, I am still part of a team that helps keep the business growing.

What is the best piece of professional advice you have ever received?

Learning from your mistakes is more important than not making them, they allow you to grow beyond your comfort zone.
